5pm 1st meal besides coffee. Just slightly hungry and in a hurry so- 50g cucumber, 3 fried eggs in Kerrygold. Will have a better meal when I get hungry.
7 pm was too late yesterday to eat. I think I need to go back to 2 meals, one meal felt great until it was time to go to sleep, ended up getting out of bed & getting a piece of cheese in the middle of the night just to shut my stomach up so I could fall asleep. It worked, but that is not a solution I want to repeat.
