WELL ITS MONDAY, WONDERING HOW BAD I MESSED UP AFTER THE WINE THIS WEEKEND AND WHEN OR HOW LONG THE SCALE WILL SUFFER IM UPSET WITH MYSELF FOR BRING WEAK AFTER DOING SO WELL IN WEEK 1 OF INDUCTION NOT DOIN THAT AGAIN BUT DANG I MISS MY WINE MORE THAN ANYTHING ELESE

I haven't drank in a long time. LOL Probably two glasses of wine would knock me on my keister.hahaha Yes, the wine may slow down your progress..but how the scale reflects will be your lesson learned. It is hard to give up everything you love...but I try to replace it with things I really like and are allowed to have and after awhile it becomes habit. Doing Atkins I have given up so much...but every time the scale goes down a pound or two, I am glad I did. If you stick with induction..(no wine allowed..LOL) after awhile you should loose the urge. ...and your appetite. You would be amazed at what you can do when you put your mind to it.
