Day 6 of Lent and I didn't do very well during the weekend. Didn't journal very well, didn't exercise and went over on points, but today is a new day and I will start over again. Isn't that the nice thing about WW?

I've put everything down that I know I will eat today (I find it easier to write it down ahead of time so I know how many points I will have at the end of the day). Today I have several points left over. I might be able to have a bigger meal for dinner. That will be nice. Won't go to bed hungry!
