Hubby's Birthday Dinner at a very nice restaurant. I made a good choice with scallops, and they were de-licious! Even with my "cheat meal" (including 2 glasses of wine and 1/2 a chocolate mousse cake) I ended up with 1686 calories, or 89% of my RDI. I don't usually go this high, but it's nice to know I stayed under my RDI!
