This little timer that I picked up from Dollar Tree is one of the best investments I've made in my fitness regiment. I can use it to do 10/10, 20/20, or 30/30 second bursts in my HIIT Workouts. Can set it for whatever time length I want to walk or ride my bike for. Really helps me to keep focused on my exercise.

I have HIIT and meditation timer apps on my phone. They really do help you stay focused and in the moment. Great tip!
