I think that I maybe have to kick things up a notch. Or, I need to stop beating myself up and realize that the scale does not tell all.

My trainer has me doing stuff to really work on muscle building and as we all know, muscle weighs more than fat. My clothes continue to be looser and my stamina is high and I generally feel great. Why am I so mean to myself then? I guess that's the thing that I should be focusing on rather than the scale.

I did treat myself and get a nifty new pair of sneakers. I love them so much! I got ones that are so pretty that I would be excited to put them on. They're also great for my very flat feet.

I just need to get a mantra going where I recognize how far I've come and don't focus on how far I still have to go. I need to be nicer to myself!!!
261.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
