so exciting for the first time in I am not sure how long I have got rid of the 190's now I know to a lot of you I am a light weight - and I mean no offence but I would be just as happy to see you reach the next 10 bracket as I am about me - that is a hurdle I have crossed - now I put my hand out for the next in line to help pull them across

189.9 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
