Went to the Dr this week. Everything is looking good. Heart rate great. Blood pressure good, and cholesterol too. Just want to be healthy. talked to him about weight loss. He said, be patient!!! Ok sounds good, but hard sometimes.

He also said that my goals are realistic and maintainable. Enjoy your life to and don't be a slave to the diet!! Good advice.
