Been so good on the diet this week and will continue over the weekend too. Changed my hours at mcdonalds, in next week monday and wednesday 10-2 so wont be entitled to a break which will help a lot since you get a free meal on your breaks, hope my hard work is reflected when i step on the scales on wednesday!
