238lbs were still moving down. Slower now but i guess thats to be expected. Feeling good less tired. 3 more lbs and i am back down to my college weight post freshman 15. cant wait to see the 220s
238.2 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
