Here's Looking at you Fatsecret Members!!! :) Buddy the Cat is wishing all of you a super weekend. I will be working overtime this weekend... Its our super busy time of the year. Buddy gives an extra shout out to HCB, Carmen, April, Suzy, Mom2Boxers, Jamaica, Anne/&Lynn (I may have forgotten their fs ID's-ooops Sorry), & a shout out to Msytrela who taught us how to use photobucket to get photos posted. On Diet front, I am making revisions, Basically I know I have to get my calorie intake down, at my age of YOUNG 48 AND physical fit level I have to be close to 1285-1300 calories a day unless I have a huge exercise day, but still close to that range.

Just info to anyone posting photos using photobucket, I will find a new free source, Photobucket wants to charge $400 for membership to post to anthoer another website-Pleeezzz -they will not be getting any of my hard earn money, fortunatley there other free sites and ways to do it

I just checked and it doesn't mention any of this to me. I also have a forum that I run and it is full of Photobucket images ... no problems there either.
