It's been a while since I weighed in.
Depression doesn't help weight loss. Especially when you turn to food for comfort. Guess that's why the weight doesn't budge. Haven't been doing food entries - don't think the carb counter will go that high.

Our trip is coming up soon - I've got to behave - get out of my slump and get back into logging and journaling. AND EXERCISE.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

No, but good healthy food and exercise can help with mild depression. So give yourself a kick and get back to it.
