Quit working out and eating clean 11/16/16.

Eased back into working out July 1st 2017.

Still not as strict on diet as I was with a high Protein, low carb and low fat diet. lost 60 pounds in 10 months back then (2013) people thought I was sick

Went from 230 pounds to 170 pounds 38 inch waist to 34 inch waist.

Now working out 4x week
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
