Well, I have to admit that I got up to 230 lbs. when I then decided that is enough! Just weighed my self today and found that I am now down to 218! Yea, at least I am headed in the right direction finally. I don't want to jinx this by say that but I have to keep doing a better job in controlling my eating habits. Some words of encouragement would be good about now. That is what I keep saying to my self when I see something that really looks like I should eat it!
