I'm backkkkk! Of course only because I've gained 6 pounds and because I'm seeing a bunch of old friends from college in three weeks. I've been eating very poorly lately (since Thanksgiving) and I'm trying to get back on track. Hopefully, I'll be able to drop a couple of pounds in three weeks, doubt it but I'm crossing my fingers.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
