OMG. FINALLY!!!
I'll believe it if I can knock another pound and a half off. I'm almost soooo pumped!!!

169.0 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week
