Had a crisis during the week of Feb.20, but thanks to my daughter's good influence, I was able to lose a pound instead of gaining two or three. Small encouragement. Need to get back in the good habits. I am walking in the morning, something else I have not recorded. Recording the food is crucial for me, even if it is just pencil and paper. That way I can't "forget" what I eat.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
