super Healthy, super easy dinner - I see no reason not to use a ready made packet of Coleslaw as a Stir-fry base = the veges are already chopped, saves me heaps of time! Cabbage, Kale, Celery, Spring Onion, Parsley - delicious mixture ready to go!
