I love salmon. I'm going to have to try kale hear it's really packed with nutrients.

Kale tastes really good sautéed with garlic and in soups. If you shred it finely (raw) with a sharp knife it's also good in a "burrito in a bowl." I prefer the taste of curly kale. There are different varieties. Measure it though. Its "carbier" than lettuce.
