7/4/17 - Happy 4th of July to you all! Having a great day, relaxing in the backyard. DH smoked whole wild sockeye salmon. It turned delicious with a simple side of heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers and basil from farmers market. I am not entertaining anybody today for a change, so there will be enough leftovers for a couple of lunches during the week. Will go for an open air concert and fireworks in the evening.
