Yes! Now I am starting to lose a little bit more! That was a rough month to get through. One week I didn't lose anything at all, and then the other weeks I lost only 2 pounds.

I know losing two pounds a week is something to be happy about. However, for Atkins a large amount of weight loss each week can and should be expected.

I am very happy that I lost a little bit more this week!
269.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 94.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
