Out to eat at both lunch and dinner. Lunch Chiptole salad with chicken, pico, onions, peppers, and guacamole. No rice, No beans, No cheese or sour cream. at 60 % and ditched the rest.
Dinner at Texas Road House. Grilled chicken salad, no croutons, Ate 75% with plain vinegar and oil the waiter brought for me. Drinking water and more water! I did not even snaff the hot rolls.

Rats..... I licked the spoon, a huge amount of mayo. Did not even think. I want to be conscious of every bite I eat, not mindless eating. Cooking for a party tomorrow and wishing I could control the menu, but tradition wins.
