Discovered today that my scale was off and my beginning weight is more.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 February 2012:
1202 kcal Fat: 31.25g | Prot: 68.98g | Carb: 159.62g.   Breakfast: shredded hash browns kroger, egg white only, scrambled egg, sugar, non dairy creamer, coffee. Lunch: chewy granola bar trader joes, chicken egg roll trader joes. Dinner: roasted chicken, salad, lowfat macaroni and cheese. Snacks/Other: triscuit minis, Bananas. more...
