too many carbs?
Noticed I don't eat enough protein as often as I do carbs. Tweaking the food choices for breakfast and lunch.

the scale
Adjusted the scale today since it was off by about 5 lbs! Embarassed So, I will need to be more pro-active in my exercise and food intake everyday. I can do this, I want to do this, I will do this.

weekend ... grr?
I notice today I made better food choices during the week and am struggling to stay focused on the weekend. Perplexing or .... Confused

Confused about how this website is different in helping me achieve my goal. Trying to remember to track daily food intake and exercise is a challenge, however I am. Any suggestions would be helpful. thanks. dk1985
