Was 128 yesterday! Very stressfuk week and i have not been eating well- lots of GI symptoms to show for it. Paln to go back to pretty much a stage on ediet, will add cashews, lemons and tomatoes. If I still feel bad, they need to go as well!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
