Well, I'm off to a week of driving around South Dakota. I will be gone from Sunday morning to Friday afternoon. I don't have a laptop,so I'll have to keep food entries the old fashioned way. I'll be eating whatever breakfast I can put together at the hotels and trying to choose wisely at eateries for the rest of the day. Although if my room has a microwave I can get a healthy frozen dinner. We'll see what the end of the week brings.
