I actually did the Curves workout-I went to a new place and the Curves Smart was not on so I did the workout anyway---I looked up an average Curves workout and it said that for 30 minutes approximately 300 calories are burned...
I also did 1 mile 1/2 of the Leslie Sansone "Walk At Home" DVD--so I am very proud of myself----I didn't think I could do it!!
