Back to work today after a week off!! Determined to stick this out--yesterday took my first Zumba class--1 hour! I didn't record it because I don;t exactly know how many calories were burned---- Here's to a new day <3 Angel

Hi Angel, how was the Zumba? I have heard a lot about this exercise routine but I have no rhythm so I think it might be frustrating for me.

I think Zumba sounds fun! I've never tried it, and I'd like to buy a DVD and see how that works, the classes here are super expensive and not at a time I could get to them. I'm sure you burned a lot of calories, so good for you!!
