Back to work today after a week off!! Determined to stick this out--yesterday took my first Zumba class--1 hour! I didn't record it because I don;t exactly know how many calories were burned----

1961 kcal Fat: 73.21g | Prot: 80.19g | Carb: 236.52g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - Raisins & Spice, Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry, Domino sugar, Tuscan Half & Half, Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee. Lunch: Ziti Pasta, Crushed Tomatoes in Thick Puree, chopped ground beef, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner: romaine lettuce, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing, celery, cucumber, Onions, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Tuscan Half & Half, Maxwell House Coffee, Domino sugar. more...

Hi Angel, how was the Zumba? I have heard a lot about this exercise routine but I have no rhythm so I think it might be frustrating for me.

I think Zumba sounds fun! I've never tried it, and I'd like to buy a DVD and see how that works, the classes here are super expensive and not at a time I could get to them. I'm sure you burned a lot of calories, so good for you!!
