I'm excited! I'm such a couch potato that I actually had over 5000 steps yesterday. Yeah me! That's a BIG deal for a 57 year old that has 100+ lbs to lose. I have been recording weighing, measuring & counting all my calories. BUT I'm still afraid to step on the scale. I don't want to be disappointed because it hasn't gone down. Good? or bad? not sure but at least I'm eating healthier still. Baby steps that will lead me to a healthy lifestyle change, that's 1 part of my goal.
