I haven't done much exercise this week, apart from walking 10 miles around London on Saturday, so my food choices must be working. Lots of chicken, avocados, eggs, water and generally minimal carbs.

Thanks, Porkpie! Hey, ten miles is nothing to sneeze at, so at least you got one really good day of exercise in if nothing else! Like you said, it shows you're making good choices in how you eat, too. Hope you're having a great day as well. ^^
