Last week of the university term. Just three more exams and then the students go home and leave me in peace. Planning to get out and exercise every morning rather than just the one or twice a week that my current timetable permits. In the meantime, my weight hovers just above the magic 100 kg mark.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
