I've been really strict this last month and it is working. The weight is steadily ticking downwards. No fancy diet. Just counting the calories and not over eating.

I managed to find whole wheat tortillas in the supermarket here in China. I hadn't had tortillas for about two years. Filled them with grilled chicken, peppers and some spicy sauce.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
