Going to bed hungry is very hard for me. It is my eternal weakness, but by working so hard during the day to portion my food and watch my intake, it makes it easier. I just have to remember that all I need to do is make it to sleep, so I don’t destroy my efforts. Breakfast this morning is 4 large egg whites, 2 oz ruby red lettuce, and 7 cherry tomatoes. Around 130 calories with zero cholesterol (this includes 16 oz of coffee and 2 tbsp fat free milk) is what I need. It has left me hungry for more, but in two weeks this will fill me up.
