Today I spent most of my time getting re-acquainted with FatSecret, creating portions, and I did some conscious shopping after reviewing what foods made me successful in the past. I have two children now and the hard part is not eating their left overs. (There are usually a lot of them, and it's not food I should be eating.)

I fixed and amazing tuna steak salad for dinner. See pics for details.
