been off the diet and exercise for a while now. I would like to say that weight is just a number, but I know there is a psychological connection to it all. My main goal needs to be to get to a place where I can be consistent with my food intake and exercise regimen. I tend to binge on diet and exercise, at a level that I cannot or will not maintain. Along with loosing some weight, I want to build a sustainable lifestyle change. My goal has always been 115 lbs. It's really close to what i weighed in High school, but I'm not sure that is an attainable goal for me. Instead I would like to make a 90 day commitment to a reasonable diet and exercise regime, and see where I am at at the end. I will weigh in once a week on Thursday mornings. I will eat breakfast lunch and dinner every day, with a mid morning and mid afternoon snack of healthy fruits and veggies, or a protein bar or shake. I will do something physical at least 4 days a week for at least one hour. This makes a minimum of 4 hours of exercise in a week. Weeks begin on Thursday mornings, for this schedule. Today is Day one. I went to the gym for 30 min of weight lifting, and Domino and I will speed walk to and from the dog park today.
