even though im losing weight slower than id like to, i know im doing it the right way. rewarded myself with girlscout cookies for a snack - only had two :)
ill have a tough time tonight because im cooking stuffed shells for my future husband and father-in-law. it's not in my diet plan and i dont want to get thrown off track so ill try to just have a very small portion!
