I am getting very discouraged the past few days. I have stepped on the scales the last two days and I have gained weight each time!!!! That is very disappointing when you KNOW that you are staying well within your caloric intake and staying away from all the 'bad for you' foods. I haven't had any sugar anything since February 1!!!!

I just needed to vent for a second. I know this is to be expected, but I have decided to start with the Power 90 program before I shed the first 10 pounds that I wanted to. I have spoken to a few people at work that have very regimented workout routines, and they made sure to remind me that P90 is a very cardio intensive workout...so I may see a gain in weight but I will see the inches fall off, like I had seen that past two times I have done the program. I also have some personal Physical Fitness goals that I am trying to get to before the late spring months roll around, and I know that this workout program can get me to these goals. A little encouragement could do me some wonders today.....bring on the comments!!!
