Starting on the site again. Right now testing out a new, but controversial style diet that is working for me. It has worked for others that I know and my girlfriend and I are tackling this together.
I already lost 10lbs in 11 days. I feel fantastic, I have loads of energy and I am really happy! Once this one time diet is over on April 24th, I am going back to my old style diet which is recorded as my own diet.

Hi How are you doing? How are you feeling?
I gained 1.5 from yesterday but I think it could be water. Happens when stabilizing. Also, I tried to introduce peanuts into a salad. I feel that I may have an intolerance. Not going to have peanuts now till Phase 4. Other than that, things are good. Will see what happens in the morning. Have a great weigh in tomorrow!
