I have a lot of weight to lose. I can not do this when there's tempting food in the house that is not part of a healthy eating plan.
I reason if it's not here in my house then I can't eat it. I cleaned out my kitchen cabinets, refrig and freezer. Got rid of everything unhealthy that prohibits my weight loss goals. Now, only thing left are healthy choices and when I go looking for that 'something good to eat', I'm only confronted with what is best for me! I'm eating no sugar, corn syrup filled products or hidden sugars( that I know of) and rarely experience cravings. When I do, I eat some protein which tends to stop cravings along with satisfying my hunger.
