I'm experiencing first hand how the stress hormone cortisol can wreck havoc on one's weight.

My boss is gone for the next 3 weeks, this past week being the first week. I'm running two departments at work on my own & this causes latent stress. I've already got two break-outs in my face & my weight has gone up with 800 gr. Tomorrow will surely be a gain.

There isn't anything that I can do about this stress, except ride the wave, because I don't feel stressed. It's subconsciously.

No, we stopped. We were just wasting money, not going often enough to justify the expense. But we walk a few blocks every day after work.
