well it's my first day back on the band wagon. the day started off great but i find that when i have my kids around and i am home i don't eat at all but when i am away at work i am hungry all the time. shift work doesn't help. started back on weight watchers i am excited but nervus. i want to look at small numbers as far as my weight loss goes i have the tendancy to get discouraged if i look at the big picture and how long it's going to take to get me there. 100 lbs in 10 months sounds reasonable to me however i am told that is too much weight to loose in a small time frame.
