skewed scale's Journal, 21 June 2017

I'm working a 24 shift and it is brutal this week. Back to back crisis calls. I'm so exhausted and I've only had 3 hours of sleep. I'm also hungry but dont have the energy to eat. I want an apple gorgonzola salad but too lazy to even order it. Grapes it is then a nap (hopefully). I have so much paperwork and notes to do. There will be no exercise today that's for sure. Hope everyone's Wednesday was/is better than mine.

Glad you’re not exercising. Sleeplessness and exercise could cause heart problems. Especially if you add ETOH/alcohol to the equation..

Got some rest. Said screw the paperwork and went to sleep. Lol. I'm not much of a drinker. Plus I prefer to eat my calories. I'll get back to exercising tho. I need it.
