looks yummm... Is that white rice with the Chicken Curry

Yeah mostly for the other people eating it :) but I had some. And its not chicken curry! I actually just lightly fry bone in chicken thighs with minimal amounts of olive oil and then pat dry and cook in V8 juice until cooked through. Super good!
