Up at 6:30 am and out to spa to exercise. Angie came and helped with house today. Beds changed, 3loads of laundry, made pasta and sauce for tonight and made 4 egg white omelettes to use the rest of the week on Thomas 100 cal English muffins, with 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese. Will speak to Eloise later. Went back out to the spa after supper.
