Back on track. Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday meal and the next day too. The trick is getting back on track. I hope I don't come across as smug. There have been through many, many more holidays in my 60 years where I gained significantly and then took the attitude of, "Well, I've blown it now - might as well have some cake." You've got to expect to gain at these times and then go right back to the task of losing weight. And now the next round of holidays are coming up!
172.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are exactly right!!! The holidays are difficult to diet through, but, it is very possible to let yourself breathe a little bit on the holiday and the day afterwards and still lose plenty of weight! You look like you are doing great! Keep it up...
