Feb. 18th was my ann.- ate a lot of veggies and some meat. one small glass of alcohol and
a large GF cookie (size of 4 reg. cookies)
Got quite a bit of exercise that day.

Feb 19th-Sunday exhausted that day. didn't eat perfectly at all but could have been worse.
Feb. 20-mon. pretty good today but so very tired. got some broth, it's suppose to help if the low=carb diet is wearing you down or giving headaches or dizziness.

Feb.21-Tue. SEEK day-very tired but better than the last few days. Dustin coming over to cook with Jess. Went very well but I ate some icecream because I was with them.

over all general carb counts were way down from what my old normal would have been. But, not as low as I want them to be for now so I can get faster results.
