Life change: Low fat/ Low Carb intake
I have switched to Stevia sugar, I try to eat every four hours, I drink a bottle of water right when I wake up, I try to eat +-30g of protein within 30mins of waking up, I take a multi viamin, I try to eat 50-70(max)g of fat perday, I try to keep carbs below 50g perday, drink plenty of water and always log every meal!
