Well, I completely blew out my diet this weekend and it definitely shows in today's weigh in. Little irritated with myself, but not going to let it discourage or derail me. Everyday is a new day so just got climb back on the horse and get back to sticking to the program!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
