Well I have to start somewhere!
Breakfast:
citrus fiber drink (seriously gross)
8oz water

Snack:
3 egg whites
onion
spinach
banana
black coffee

Lunch:
boiled chicken breast
steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
mustard
kiwi strawberry mix made with splenda

Dinner:
boiled chicken breast
spinach
brown rice
steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
fruit punch mix
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
