This is exciting!!! Now if I can just keep it up. Everyone wish me luck. I need sooo much support I have 3 year old twins and my life is sooo busy. Its way tooo easy just to grab whatever is there and go.

263.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb. Still to go: 103.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! I understand about the busy part- it takes a lot more time to figure out what to eat when you're on a diet. People here have some good ideas, so hopefully it will help.
